A series of metal bars are fixed together in a row such that moving the end bar will cause the others to move as well, creating a transverse wave motion. The end of each bar has a small sticker which glows in the dark to better demonstrate the wave motion.&lt;br /&gt;

Gently lift the end bar then return it to its resting position to create transverse waves.&lt;br /&gt;
