Description
A tuning fork is used to excite the air column over a water bath.
Equipment
- air column and reservoir
- lift
- tuning fork
Instructions
Set the height of the air column by adjusting the height of the water reservoir using the lift. The best height for resonance for this tuning fork is marked with a black line. Strike the tuning fork and place it over the lip of the air column.
